A few years ago while living in St. Louis Terry read an article in the paper about a man here in Webster Groves who had developmental problems and was a HUGE St. Louis Blues Hockey fan. This man rode his bike a long way to work every day and crossed over an old highway bridge. Terry went to this overpass and noticed this man in a very thin, worn jacket and the temperature was below freezing. Terry went and bought a very warm insulated St Louis Blues coat and stood at the overpass many mornings hoping to meet up with this man. Finally, it happened. The man didn’t know why Terry was approaching him with a jacket and was very nervous. Terry told the man “because it is cold and you deserve to be warm.” Terry had a Huge Heart.
